Through life coaching I can teach you reduce anxiety and manage stress to be the person you truly wish to be through custom assignments, education, skill acquisition and practice. Then it is my job to support you in being accountable and manage your growth.
In my life coaching program I am just like a sports coach who trains, teaches and directs an athlete or a team to win games and work toward having greater confidence, becoming more skilled and being number one among their peers. In sports, it has always been true that the more an athlete practices their skills, the greater his or her confidence becomes and the more proficient they become in their sport. This is also true in life.

A block is mostly due to lack of skill. Once a skill is acquired, and the new skills are practiced, a higher level of confidence is gained. Therefore, why not view life as the accumulation of different sports (areas) in which to become more proficient? As proficiency increases, so does performance and productivity.

How does Life Coaching Work?
Life coaching is a question-oriented experience. What does that mean? Life coaching is an active process. In the life coaching process you and I will form a team that will work side by side in discovery, work and practice. The process is a question and assignment experience which is a strategy to help you name the problem and find the answers. Accountability is your responsibility … not mine as the coach. In my coaching program it is the right question and assignment that results in an answer that reveals the barriers that stop you from your personal growth. If you follow through and complete the action plan, then positive results will be achieved.
